Practice Partner, Psychologist

Not Accepting New Clients

I have over 18 years experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families in both the public and private sectors, although my practice is now limited to adults.  I provide individualized therapy that draws from Cognitive-Behavioural, Interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical Behavioural, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment models, and I am trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy.

I have experience and expertise working with depression, anxiety, work and school stress, caregiver stress, parenting, couples therapy, self-esteem, sleep difficulties, grief and bereavement, and coping with transitions.  I have a particular interest in parents who care for children and adolescents with severe mental health problems.
